Both work. Booking ahead online means less waiting, but walk-ins are welcome during consultation hours, and emergencies are always seen immediately regardless of the time.

We run our own in-house laboratory — 68 diagnostic tests, from a routine CBC to feline SDMA, cardiac troponin, and PCR panels, plus digital X-ray and ultrasound. Most results come back the same day since nothing has to be couriered to an outside lab.

Any previous medical records or vaccination certificates you have, a list of current medications, and — if possible — a stool sample if your vet has asked for one. If you don't have prior records, that's fine too; we'll start a new medical record for your pet.

We primarily treat cats and dogs, but our team also handles birds — including bird-specific X-rays, beak trimming, and avian surgical procedures. Call ahead if you have a less common species so we can confirm we're the right fit.
